Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel your order after payment and request a refund at any time, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.

You can return or exchange an item that does not suit you for any reason (style, size, colour) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items can only be returned if they have not been used and have kept their original appearance, consumer properties, original labels and proof of purchase.

The cost of returning the item to the supplier is borne by the customer.

Once we receive your return parcel, we will check the condition of the items before exchanging them for a different size or issuing a refund.

Refunds are made within 10 days of our receiving the return (Article 22 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law). If you paid by bank card, the refund will be credited to the account used for payment.

Crediting time*: to a bank card — 1–10 business days.

*Important! The time it takes for funds to reach your account depends on the internal regulations of the relevant banks, payment systems and Russian Post.

Exchanges and returns are handled on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that a consumer's request for a refund of the amount paid for an item must be satisfied within three days of the item being returned (Article 25, clause 2 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

Please note: pickup orders are held for 3 months!
