1. General provisions

• This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Invisible Promo LLC (hereinafter the «Operator») to ensure the security of personal data.
• The Operator's most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family secrets.
• This Operator's policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter the «Policy») applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://vpmerch.ru.

2. Key terms

• Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer equipment;
• Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
• Website – the set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, that make them available on the internet at https://vpmerch.ru;
• Personal data information system – the set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
• Depersonalisation of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible, without additional information, to determine whether personal data belong to a particular User or other personal data subject;
• Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data;
• Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that, alone or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data to be processed and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
• Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://vpmerch.ru;
• User – any visitor to the website https://vpmerch.ru;
• Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
• Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited group of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
• Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of a foreign state, or to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;
• Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed, making it impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the physical media of personal data are destroyed.

3. Personal data processed

• The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
• Surname, first name, patronymic;
• Email address;
• Telephone numbers;
• The website also collects and processes depersonalised data about visitors (including «cookie» files) using web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
• The data listed above are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal data.

4. Purposes of processing

• The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to contact the User when necessary, including sending notifications, information and requests related to the provision of services, and processing the User's applications, requests and orders; to improve the quality of the services provided; and to analyse website statistics.
• The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may opt out of receiving such messages at any time by emailing the Operator at shop@visible.pro with the subject «Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services and special offers».
• Depersonalised User data collected through web analytics services are used to gather information about Users' actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing

• The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills them in and/or submits them independently through the special forms on the website https://vpmerch.ru. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
• The Operator processes depersonalised data about the User if this is permitted by the User's browser settings (saving of «cookie» files and use of JavaScript are enabled).

6. Collection, storage, transfer and processing of personal data

• The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current personal data protection legislation.
• The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
• The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation.
• If any inaccuracies are found in the personal data, the User may update them by sending a notice to the Operator's email address shop@visible.pro with the subject «Update of personal data».
• The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice by email to the Operator's address shop@visible.pro with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data».

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

• Before carrying out a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
• Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final provisions

• The User may obtain any clarification on matters relating to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at shop@visible.pro.
• Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
